Adult Education
Adults at Nativity have several options to help deepen their faith.
Sunday Morning Adult Education
For summer 2010, we have two options for Sunday morning adult education:
- Prepare yourself for worship with an exploration of the psalm for the day led by Dr. Wayne Whitney, our Pastoral Intern. The class is 40 minutes, from 9:00 to 9:40 each Sunday.
- The Connect! course offers you the opportunity to explore basic questions of the Christian faith, each Sunday from 11:30 to 1:00 p.m., beginning with a lunch, continuing with a presentation, and finishing with small-group discussion.
Education for Ministry
Would you like to delve deeper into our Christian Tradition and find out how God might be calling you to ministry in your daily life? We will be starting two EFM groups this fall at Nativity. For more information about this amazing educational program, go to http://www.sewanee.edu/EFM/index.htm.
A daytime group will meet on Thursday from 3:30-6:30. If you are interested and would like more information or an enrollment form, contact Karen at bjbkjk@aol.com or 480-443-1178.
